Breu Copal (Protium heptaphyllum), also known as Breu Branco or Brazilian frankincense, is an Amazonian resin with a soft, woody aroma, green notes, and a light floral character.
Collected in the Amazon region of Brazil from resin that the tree releases naturally over time. Rather than deliberately tapping or cutting the tree, the resin is gathered after it reaches the ground and kept in its naturally brittle, irregular form.
Pale grey to off-white resin with a naturally crystalline surface.
Pieces vary naturally in color, shape, and surface texture, including darker inner areas, chalky bloom, and light crystallization.
Store closed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, heat, and moisture.
