Refund policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority at Soul Space. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free refund within 14 days of receiving your items (excluding items marked as "Final Sale"). Simply contact us at hello@soulspaceincense.com with your order number and reason for return to initiate the process. We'll email you a pre-paid USPS label. 

Please pack up your items securely and affix the return label. Upon receiving your return, we'll process your refund, minus a $10 restocking fee. Please note that if you paid for shipping on your order we do not refund your shipping costs. Returns without prior notification will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
In case of any damages or issues with your order, please contact us immediately, so we can make it right.

Refunds
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to reflect the refund. If you haven't received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us at hello@soulspaceincense.com.
