Sweetgrass (Hierochloe odorata) is a fragrant grass with a warm, sweet, vanilla-like aroma and soft grassy undertones.
Harvested and braided by Cree people in Canada.
Pale green to golden straw. The current lot is less green because the grass was harvested as it began to turn.
Braid length is approximately 20–28 inches. Length, thickness, braid tightness, and color vary naturally.
Store closed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, heat, and moisture.
For aromatic use only. Do not ingest or apply to skin. If warming or smoldering, use in a well-ventilated area on a stable, heat-resistant surface. Never leave heat or flame unattended. Keep away from children, pets, drafts, and flammable materials. Allow tools and surfaces to cool completely before handling.
