Sweetgrass is a fragrant perennial grass known for its naturally sweet hay and vanilla-like aroma. Much of its characteristic scent comes from naturally occurring coumarin in the plant.
Sourced from Canada and handwoven into braids by Cree people.
Each braid is made from long, dried sweetgrass strands woven together into a flexible plait.
Braid thickness, strand color, and overall shape vary naturally. Braids measure approximately 20–28 inches long.
Store closed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, heat, and moisture.
For aromatic use only. Do not ingest or apply to skin. If warming or smoldering, use in a well-ventilated area on a stable, heat-resistant surface. Never leave heat or flame unattended. Keep away from children, pets, drafts, and flammable materials. Allow tools and surfaces to cool completely before handling.
